Why we’re building Neezo
Childhood is full of little things: a new laugh, a favourite game, an ordinary afternoon that becomes a family story.
Neezo began with a feeling every one of us recognised. We’re a founding team of parents, and between us we had thousands of photos and almost no way to find the ones that mattered. The first word said wrong. The afternoon that turned into a family legend. All of it somewhere in a camera roll, mixed in with screenshots and receipts.
We also kept running into the same second problem. The people who most wanted to be part of our children’s days — grandparents, aunties, uncles, the family who live a flight away — were getting the highlights months late, in group chats that scrolled away by the evening. Being far from a childhood shouldn’t mean missing it.
So we started building the thing we wanted ourselves: a private home for the photos, videos and details that make a childhood yours, shared only with the family you invite. Not a feed, not an audience, no strangers. A place where the story behind a picture is saved alongside it, and where the people who love your child can be there for the ordinary days too.
Neezo is still being built, and we’re building it in the open with the families who join early. What we’re aiming for is simple: something meaningful to look back on as your child grows — and something they can be handed, one day, that shows how loved they’ve always been.
